CoreSite Keeps Dividend Steady

Data center provider CoreSite Realty today announced plans to keep its dividend steady this quarter at $0.27 per share of common stock.

This is the same amount the company has paid since January, after raising its payout 50% from $0.18 per share. CoreSite has recorded a quarterly company dividend since December 2010.

The latest CoreSite dividend will be payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30. On an annualized basis, the company's payout adds up to $1.08. As of the market's close on Aug. 29, CoreSite stock was trading at $30.78, which means the company's dividend currently yields 3.5%.
