PAR Technology Corporation Names Christopher Haley Senior Vice President of Engineering -- Software Development

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PAR Technology Corporation (NYS: PAR) today announced it has appointed Christopher Haley as Senior Vice President Engineering, Software Development of ParTech, Inc., the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary focused on technology solutions for the restaurant and retail food management operators.

In this role, Mr. Haley will have responsibility for development and design of PAR's software solutions. In addition, he will provide technical direction and support for product management. Haley will lead PAR's restaurant and retail technology engineering, architecture and quality teams.

Haley joins PAR from The CBORD Group, where he was Vice President, Product Development. In this role, he implemented new software development practices and launched new products using the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

Prior to CBORD, Haley held roles in consulting and development at Unisys Corporation and Digital Equipment / Compaq. He holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
