OBJE Enters Negotiations with Acquisition Targets

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- As OBJ Enterprises (OTCBB: OBJE) prepares for the release of Bluff Wars 2.0 on the Apple (NAS: AAPL) App Store, the company is moving aggressively to add to its asset portfolio. This week, the company entered negotiations with game developers targeted for acquisition.

In order to ramp up its mobile applications development stream in line with projections, OBJE plans to use its existing partner network as a platform to acquire up and coming development teams with existing game suites that can be folded into the company's own.

OBJE is currently in the midst of advanced negotiations regarding deal terms and structure. Company CEO Paul Watson expects the first acquisition to be completed in the coming weeks.

"We're very excited about the release of Bluff Wars 2.0 as well as Phantasmic, but these games are only the start for us," Watson said. "By acquiring a talented team of developers and the games they've already built, we expect to ramp up our release schedule dramatically."

OBJE is already building a robust portfolio of mobile applications by working with developers such as FangTooth Studios and Novalon Games to create and distribute fun and engaging gaming apps. Phantasmic, the first game developed in-house by OBJE and Novalon, began earning revenues the same day it was released for Android devices this month. Bluff Wars 2.0, a hilariously addictive new word game, was submitted to the App Store earlier this week and is expected to go on sale soon.

Obscene Interactive, OBJE's gaming division, is working to deliver a wide range of innovative gaming products for the Apple App Store and Google (NAS: GOOG) Play platforms alongside companies such as Glu Mobile Inc. (NADAQ: GLUU) and Electronic Arts (NAS: EA) .
