Gibraltar Industries Announces Completion of Exchange Offer for Unregistered 6.25% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2021

BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gibraltar Industries, Inc. (NAS: ROCK) announced today that it has successfully completed its offer to the holders of $210 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.25% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2021 ("Senior Subordinated Notes") to exchange such notes for a like principal amount of its 6.25% Senior Subordinated Notes, due 2021, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The exchange offer was completed at 12:00 a.m., New York City time, on August 29, 2013. Gibraltar stated that it had been informed by the exchange agent that 99.86% of the $210 million in aggregate principal amount of the unregistered Senior Subordinated Notes had been tendered in the exchange offer.

A registration statement describing the exchange offer was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
