(NYS: CVT) , a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform, today announced that it will release its second quarter fiscal 2013 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2013 after market close on Monday, September 16, 2013. On that day, management will hold a conference call and webcast at 5:00 p.m. ET to review and discuss the Company's results for the second quarter.
