SGK Is A-OK With New Dividend

Brand development specialist SGK , which used to go by the name Schawk, announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.08 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2010.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on September 30 to holders of record at the close of business on September 13. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.32-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.6% based on the closing price today of SGK's stock.
