opvizor Welcomes Network Remedy as New Customer and First Partner Using Our US Entity

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Last month, the new opvizor Version 2.0 was released and we officially started a new opvizor software generation. For our existing clients the update will be running in the background as usual and they can make use of the new functions in a seamless way. "I am very pleased that we were able to meet a huge customer request with the extension of the NetApp storage support," stated Dennis Zimmer, CEO of opvizor GmbH. "Furthermore this extensive integration represents a new infrastructure component besides VMware as virtualising platform which offers us a totally new way of cross-vendor analysis and optimization of our customers infrastructure."

As we provide a fast growing rulebase with about 700 rules as of today to analyse customer infrastructures in a unique but most effective way, the detection of errors and solution of problem has never been simpler and more straightforward. Each rule represents a potential problem or risk situation and includes an extensive description as well as instructions and scripts for the manual or automated adjustment of the problem. Due to the fact that opvizor is operated as Software-as-a-Service, our customers profit from a constantly up-dated rule basis with up to date problem solving description, as well as from easy, resource conserving and fast installations within a couple of minutes.

Today we´re absolutely proud to welcome Network Remedy as our new customer and the first managed service partner in the US.

"We have searched for a tool to provide insight into our Network Remedy Cloud platform (built on VMWare) for a very long time. After trying out numerous offerings from a multitude of vendors we were finally able to find a solution that gave us what we needed - true insight into our VMware platform. Their predictive analysis is invaluable to our uptime guarantees and lets our datacenter team find issues before they become problems that lead to downtime. Thanks to Opvizor we can now better serve our clients and keep ahead of any potential problems," Amon Prasad, CEO of Network Remedy, Inc.
