The transaction is valued at approximately $340 million, or $14.15 per share.

The Company has seen substantial recent growth. Its share price has skyrocketed from $9.49 on June 26, 2012 to $14.40 on August 23, 2013. Further, at least one analyst has set a target price for the Company's stock at $15.75 per share.
