The Xbox One-vs.-PlayStation 4 debate has been anything but tepid this year, and the grudge match continues as we get closer to the holiday launch. The recent earnings release from GameStop gave investors and enthusiasts a little insight into which system is in the early lead.

Competition aside, there looks to be an enormous amount of demand for the new systems, with 2.4 million GameStop Power Up Reward members still on the first-to-know availability list.
