NEW YORK & MUMBAI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYS: WNS) , a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, beginning at 11.30 am (Jersey time), at Queensway House, Hilgrove Street, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1ES, Channel Islands.
The Company's annual report on Form 20-F for the financial year ended March 31, 2013, containing its annual consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 and the auditors' report thereon, was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 2, 2013.
