BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- As part of an annual strategic review process, First Titan Corp. (OTCBB: FTTN) management discussed the trajectory of the company over the next 12 months and implemented measures to ensure proper alignment of all initiatives planned and underway, including the addition of potentially lucrative projects in Texas and Oklahoma.
