Joy Global Keeps Dividend Steady
Mining services company Joy Global intends to keep its dividend steady this quarter at $0.175 per share. The dividend will be made payable on Sept. 18 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 4. This is same amount Joy Global has paid since September 2008 , after increasing its payout 16.7% from $0.15 per share.
Joy Global has offered a quarterly dividend payout since December 2003, and its amount has increased 250% since that period. Annualized, the latest payout adds up to $0.70 per share. As of market close on Aug. 19, Joy Global stock traded at $51.15, which means its dividend currently yields 1.4%.
