MDU Resources Group Declares Quarterly Dividends
The dividends continue to flow at MDU ResourcesGroup . The company has declared quarterly distributions for its common and preferred stock. For the former, the firm will pay $0.1725, in line with its preceding three disbursements. Holders of the 4.5%, 4.7%, and 5.1% series preferreds will receive $1.125, $1.175, and $1.275 per share, respectively. All dividends will be paid on October 1 to holders of record as of September 12.
In the press release announcing the news, MDU Resources Group did not hesitate to mention that it has paid distributions for 75 years in a row.
The just-declared common stock dividend annualizes to $0.69 per share. That yields 2.5% at the firm's current price of $28.10.
