UnitedHealth Group Board Authorizes Payment of Quarterly Dividend to Shareholders

MINNETONKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UnitedHealth Group (NYS: UNH) announced today that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on August 13, 2013, authorized payment of a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.28 per share in the third quarter of 2013. The dividend will be paid on September 24, 2013, to all shareholders of record of UnitedHealth Group common stock as of the close of business on September 13, 2013.
