Zep Inc. to Presentat the Jefferies 2013 Global Industrials Conference

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zep Inc. Morgan, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mark R. Bachmann, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Jefferies 2013 Global Industrials Conference in New York City on August 14, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. eastern daylight time. In addition to presenting an overview of the Company's strategy, management will provide an update with respect to previously issued guidance on its revenue expectations and complexity-reduction activities, which include facilities consolidation and headcount reductions related to such activities. The update will include an expanded discussion of the expected timetable and amount of anticipated savings and restructuring charges.
