New Company Dedicated to Elevating Expectations
DALLAS & THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYS: HHC) has formed Howard Hughes Management Services Company (HHMSC) beginning this month to provide premium customer service and property management services for commercial tenants across the U.S. In order to provide a heightened level of customer service to their tenants, the company has assembled an experienced team of property management, financial and engineering professionals committed to excellence and striving to elevate tenants' expectations.
Launching the new suite of services at their Woodlands properties, HHMSC will provide hands-on property management, lease administration, engineering services, accounting and financial reporting, tenant relations programs, risk management and construction management. As part of the overall services, the HHMSC team at The Woodlands® is also offering a menu of personal services and special privileges available exclusively to commercial tenants through their new initiative, The Woodlands Concierge.
