LEBANON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LCNB Corp. (NAS: LCNB) The Directors of LCNB Corp. met on August 12, 2013 and reviewed the Corporation's strong earnings for 2013. They declared a Third Quarter dividend of $.16 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 16th to shareholders of record September 3, 2012.
