BlackRock Announces Name Changes for Certain Closed-End Funds

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BlackRock Advisors, LLC today announced that the Boards of Trustees of BlackRock S&P Quality Rankings Global Equity Managed Trust (NYSE MKT:BQY) and Massachusetts Health & Education Tax-Exempt Trust (NYSE MKT:MHE) (collectively, the "Funds") have approved a name change for each of the Funds. These changes, which will take effect August 13, 2013, are summarized below:

The name changes outlined herein will be made in connection with certain non-fundamental investment policy changes to BQY and MHE, as previously disclosed on June 7, 2013. The effective date of such policy changes is August 13, 2013. The changes announced today relate only to the name of each of BQY and MHE (unless otherwise specified) and each of BQY and MHE will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT under its current ticker symbol.
