Ecolab Sells Mobotec Equipment Business

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ecolab Inc. announced it has sold substantially all the capital equipment design and build business of its Mobotec air emissions control business to The Power Industrial Group, a leading mechanical engineering business based in the United Kingdom. The Mobotec equipment design and build business had 2012 sales of $27 million. Ecolab has retained Mobotec's chemical business. No further details were disclosed.
