Cubic Corporation Announces Semiannual Dividend

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cubic Corporation (NYS: CUB) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a regular semiannual dividend of 12 cents per share, payable on September 4, 2013, to shareholders of record on August 20, 2013. Cubic has consistently paid cash dividends to its shareholders since 1971.
