NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Holdings Corporation (OTC BB: NHLD) ("National Holdings" or "the Company") today announced that it will host a teleconference to discuss the Company's fiscal third quarter 2013 financial results at 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. National Holdings will release its 2013 fiscal third quarter financial results after market hours on Tuesday, August 13, 2013.
