Cooper Tire & Rubber Declares $0.105-Per-Share Dividend

Cooper Tire & Rubber keeps rolling along with its shareholder payouts. The company has declared its latest dividend, which is to be $0.105 per share paid on September 30 to shareholders of record as of September 5. That amount is in line with the firm's long-standing dividend policy; it has paid the same distribution since late 1998.

In the press release announcing the news, Cooper Tire & Rubber pointed out that the upcoming quarterly disbursement will be its 166th in a row.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.42 per share. That yields 1.2% at the company's most recent closing stock price of $33.89.
