Today's automakers are facing a tough challenge: How to integrate fast-changing technology into their cars when the design and production schedules are so lengthy. One solution is simply to let the smartphone bring in the technology. But that, of course, introduces the issue of distracted driving.

Motley Fool analyst Rex Moore caught up with General Motors at CE Week in New York City, and received a demonstration of the Chevrolet MyLink system. In this video, you'll see how MyLink teams with Apple's Siri voice command system to keep distracted driving to a minimum.
