RADNOR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Airgas, Inc. (NYS: ARG) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share, payable on September 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of September 13, 2013.
