Thomas Properties Group Declares Q3 Dividend

Thomas Properties Group has elected to maintain its dividend policy for the time being. The real estate concern declared a common stock disbursement of $0.02 per share for its Q3; this will be paid on September 9 to shareholders of record as of August 21. That amount matches each of the firm's three preceding distributions, the most recent of which was dispensed at the beginning of June. Previous to that, Thomas Properties distributed $0.015 per share.

The dividend declaration comes several days after the company released its Q3 results. For the quarter, the company posted $22.2 million in total revenues and an attributable net loss of $5.6 million ($0.12 per diluted share). Those figures for Q3 2012 were $20.8 million and a shortfall of $4.8 million ($0.12), respectively.

The just-declared distribution annualizes to $0.08 per share. That yields 1.4% at Thomas Properties' most recent closing stock price of $5.72.
