Italy offers so many significant things to do, though, that unless you've got a year or two, it's hard to actually do everything. Yet one thing makes on everyone's list: You must eat in Italy. For sustenance, of course, but also because Italy's cuisine is among the most celebrated in the world.
Among those who have eaten their way through Italy is New York Times best selling author and celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito. In Now Eat This! Italy, a new video series for AOL, DiSpirito travels to Italy to learn how to make great Italian food in the shadow of real Italian mothers. The twist? He wants to make great Italian food that won't expand your waistline.
