Myers Industries Keeps Dividend Steady

Polymer manufacturer Myers Industries today announced plans to keep its quarterly dividend steady. The company has paid its investors a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share since April, after electing to raise its payout 12%, from $0.08 per share.

Myers' latest dividend will be payable Oct. 7 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 6. Annualized, this comes to $0.36 per share. As of market close on Friday, Myers' stock price was $19.71 per share, which means it currently offers a 1.8% yield.
