Donaldson Company Announces Fiscal 2013 Fourth Quarter Conference Call and Webcast

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYS: DCI) , today announced it will host a live Webcast of its fiscal 2013 fourth quarter earnings conference call on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. CT (10:00 a.m. ET). The company will issue a pre-market earnings announcement on August 27.

Bill Cook, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jim Shaw, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will recap the fourth quarter and provide an initial outlook for fiscal 2014.
