Bristow Group Keeps Dividend Steady

Helicopter service provider for the offshore energy industry Bristow Groupannounced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the quarterly payout to investors 25% from $0.20 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on September 13 to holders of record at the close of business on August 30. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.4% based on the closing price today of Bristow Group's stock.
