SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NeoPhotonics Corporation (NYS: NPTN) , a leading designer and manufacturer of photonic integrated circuit, or PIC, based optoelectronic modules and subsystems for bandwidth-intensive, high speed communications networks, will announce financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, after market close on Thursday, August 8, 2013. The company will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss these results at 5:30 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (2:30 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time).
