EnerSys Keeps Dividend Steady

Stored energy-solution specialist EnerSysannounced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.125 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after initiating its payout scheme.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 27 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 13. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.50-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.9% based on the closing price today EnerSys's stock.
