Allegheny Technologies Maintains Dividend

Allegheny Technologies is continuing to forge a payout for its shareholders. The company has declared its latest dividend, which is to be $0.18 per share paid on September 18 to shareholders of record as of August 21. That amount is in line with all of the company's preceding quarterly payouts stretching back to December 2007. Prior to that, Allegheny Tech handed out $0.13 per share.

The firm has been a rock-solid dividend payer over the years. It's dispensed a payout in every quarter starting from Q1 1996.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.72 per share. That yields 2.6% at Allegheny Tech's most recent closing stock price of $27.79.
