Carlisle Companies Announces 37thConsecutive Year of Dividend Increases

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYS: CSL) has declared a 10.0% increase in the Company's regular quarterly dividend, to $0.22 per share from $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2013. This marks the 37th consecutive year of dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.
