NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CA Technologies (NAS: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 10, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 22, 2013.
