EPS came in at $0.71. The 11 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $0.64 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.71 for Q2 were 29% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.55 per share. (The prior-year quarter included -$0.01 per share in earnings from discontinued operations.) GAAP EPS of $0.69 for Q2 were 28% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.54 per share. (The prior-year quarter included -$0.01 per share in earnings from discontinued operations.)

For the quarter, gross margin was 15.4%, 20 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 3.1%, 40 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 1.7%, 20 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $3.67 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.66.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $14.36 billion. The average EPS estimate is $2.58.
