Beam Declares Regular Dividend
DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Beam Inc. (NYS: BEAM) , a leading global premium spirits company, today declared a regular dividend of 22.5 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable in cash on September 3, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2013.
As previously announced, the company will report second quarter results for 2013 on Thursday, August 8th.
