WebMetro Announces Agreement to be Acquired by TeleTech

WebMetro to add digital acquisition marketing capabilities to TeleTech's Customer Growth Services Division, Revana

SAN DIMAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WebMetro, a leading digital marketing agency, announced today that it has signed an agreement to be acquired by TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NAS: TTEC) , a global provider of data-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, WebMetro will become a key part of TeleTech's Customer Growth Services division, Revana. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to be completed in August 2013. This agreement will bring an integrated suite of sales and marketing capabilities to both Revana and WebMetro clients. WebMetro's founder and CEO, Carlos Ugalde, will continue to lead the business.

"We are excited about the agreement and look forward to becoming part of Revana," commented WebMetro's Carlos Ugalde. "We believe this is a real win for our clients. WebMetro will continue to provide our clients with the same great results and service from the same team. In addition, we will now be able to offer our clients complementary sales and marketing capabilities from Revana."

Recognized by Advertising Age magazine as one of the top 25 U.S. search marketing agencies in 2013, WebMetro is operating at the heart of the fastest growing marketing channel. "Search is the number one place for consumers when considering a purchase. Brands, however, continue to be challenged by converting that interest into closed sales. With the addition of WebMetro to Revana we can now provide clients with an end-to-end capability that tightly integrates sales and marketing across all digital platforms including web and mobile," said Judi Hand, Revana president and general manager. "By integrating WebMetro's proprietary technology platform into our digital sales and marketing platform, Revana becomes a differentiated source for driving revenue growth."

The acquisition is expected to close within thirty days.
