WebMetro to add digital acquisition marketing capabilities to TeleTech's Customer Growth Services Division, Revana

Under the terms of the agreement, WebMetro will become a key part of TeleTech's Customer Growth Services division, Revana. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to be completed in August, 2013.
