Retail Properties of America, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2013 Dividends on Preferred and Common Stock
OAK BROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Retail Properties of America, Inc. (NYS: RPAI) today announced that the Board of Directors declared the third quarter dividend for the Company's 7.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend of $0.4375 per preferred share will be paid on September 30, 2013, to preferred stockholders of record on September 19, 2013.
The Company also announced that its Board declared the third quarter dividend of $0.165625 per share on all classes of outstanding common stock of RPAI. The common dividend will be paid on October 10, 2013, to common stockholders of record on September 27, 2013.
