HUNTERSVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lime Energy Co. (NAS: LIME) , today announced that it will file its 2012 financial statements after the market close on Wednesday, July 31st. The same day, Lime Energy will hold a conference call at 4:30 ET to discuss the results.
