New Capabilities Improve the Customer Experience and Promote Customer Loyalty

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CSG Systems International, Inc. CSG's Precision eCare suite supports more broadband subscribers in North America than any other solution available today. While many cable and satellite operators have introduced content-centric mobile applications, few have integrated key customer care functions to drive subscriber loyalty. To meet that need, CSG built enhancements to the suite that offer end-to-end mobile care, including support for real-time order capture, automated new-service requests, change-of-service functions, and more.

Recent Precision eCare milestones include:

  • Digital mailbox. CSG built a paperless ecosystem that incorporates a secure digital version of postal mail to provide a combination digital mailbox and filing system based on a subscriber's street address.

  • Paperless billing. CSG's Precision eCare suite enables clients to increase paperless billing adoption rates by as much as 27 percent, which improves payment cycles, cuts costs for billing-related inquiries, and bolsters customer loyalty.

  • Self-service. Today, more than 10 million broadband subscribers use CSG's eCare platform to order service, address customer care issues, and manage digital billing across mobile and other devices.
