CPI Aerostructures to Report 2013 Second Quarter Financial Results and Conduct Conference Call on Thursday, August 8th

EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CPI Aerostructures, Inc. ("CPI Aero®") (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013 on Thursday, August 8, 2013 prior to the opening of the stock market.

CPI Aero's President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 493-6739.
