Zions Bancorporation Declares Set of Dividends

Zions Bancorporation is continuing to dispense shareholder payouts from its till. The company has declared its latest set of dividends, most prominently a $0.04 per share of common stock payout to be distributed on Aug. 29 to holders of record as of Aug. 22. That amount matches the company's previous distribution, which was dispensed in late May. Before that, Zions paid $0.01 per share.

The financial services group also declared the same amount for its series A, C, F, G, and H preferred shares. All will be paid on Sept. 15 to holders of record as of Sept. 1.

The dividends annualize to $0.16 per share. In terms of the company's common stock, that yields 0.5% at the most recent closing share price of $29.20.
