LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wynn Resorts, Limited (NAS: WYNN) announced today that it will release the Company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013 on Monday, July 29, 2013 prior to the market opening, followed by a conference call at 5:30 a.m. PT (8:30 a.m. ET).
