Printer maker Lexmarkannounced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.30 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past five quarters after raising the payout 20% from $0.25 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 13 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 30. The printer maker initiated its quarterly payout program in October 2011.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.20-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.2% based on the closing price of Lexmark's stock on July 25.
