OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ballantyne Strong, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BTN), a provider of digital equipment, screens and managed services as well as specialty lighting equipment, will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to review its 2013 first quarter financial results on Thursday, August 8 at 10:00 AM ET.
