(Pinksheets: SRPX) (the "Company"), a developmental-stage industrial, hazardous and toxic waste disposal services company in the Baja Mexico/California region, has finalized its audits for its operating subsidiary, Scorpex International, Inc., for the years ending September 30, 2010 and 2011. The Company is currently working on completing its audit for the past fiscal year ending September 30, 2012. The Company's auditor is Sadler Gibb & Associates LLC, a firm registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
