PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. to Announce Result for First Post-IPO Period Ended June 30, 2013

MOORPARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYS: PFSI) will announce results for the period from May 9, 2013 when it completed its initial public offering and commenced operations, to June 30, 2013 in a news release to be issued prior to the market open on Thursday, August 8, 2013. The release will be available online at www.IR.PennyMacFinancial.com.

PennyMac executives will review the quarter's results in a recorded presentation. The recording and accompanying slide presentation will be available on the Company's website concurrently with the news release.
