Oceaneering Keeps Dividend Steady

Oil and gas industry services provider Oceaneering Internationalannounced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.22 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 22% from $0.18 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on September 20 to holders of record at the close of business on August 30. The energy industry services provider split its share 2-for-1 in May 2011.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.88-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.1% based on the closing price today of Oceaneering International's stock.
