First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. Announces Dividend
BILLINGS, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Interstate BancSystem, Inc.'s (NAS: FIBK) Board of Directors, at a meeting held on July 25, 2013, declared a dividend of $0.14 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 15, 2013 to owners of record as of August 5, 2013. This dividend is an increase of approximately 7% and is First Interstate BancSystem, Inc.'s second dividend increase in less than one year.
